App Development Update from TogetherIV 💙
Progress highlights, revised launch date, and how signup will work.
Dear waitlist members,
Hope all is well! We’re reaching out today to highlight the latest progress on TogetherIV. In our second update,
you’ll find a sneak peek at our first batch of games, details on our updated launch date, and everything you need to know about signing up.
We’ve included what we believe are our three most important status updates in the development of our app,
but as always, if you have any questions, don’t hesitate to reach out by replying to this email.
1) Development Progress & Sneak Peek
We’re closing in on the finish line! We’ve wrapped up the visual design of the TogetherIV app and are now
testing the live lobby and multiplayer games to make sure everything runs smoothly.
We are excited to reveal the games that will be featured in the first version of TogetherIV:
- Lobby-Wide Game: Trivia — Fun, entertaining quiz-style trivia where everyone in the infusion lobby competes for a top spot on the leaderboard.
- 1v1 Games: Checkers, Battleship, & Connect 4 — Play head-to-head with another patient to make treatment time fly.
- Individual Game: Whac-A-Mole — A fun distraction designed to ease the stress of IV insertion.
Although it may not seem like a lot of games at first, this is just the beginning. We’ll continue to push out
updates, many of which will contain new games. We have a list of games in the works, but we wanted to get the
first version out as fast as possible.

2) Launch Timeline
Due to unexpected requirements from Google Play, we’re pushing back our expected launch on both the App Store
and Google Play to September 14 (two weeks later than expected). Admittedly, this requirement is a
bit of a saving grace as we (Luke and Logan) begin our senior year of high school. With how busy our lives are getting,
this extra time gives us the chance to make sure everything is polished for launch.

In the meantime, we’re building excitement by collaborating with hospitals and infusion centers to display promotional
flyers, ensuring patients hear about the app immediately and the lobby is lively with a strong community.
So far, the University of Minnesota has graciously agreed to display our launch flyers.
We’ve also scheduled interviews with local Minneapolis news stations to help spread the word.
If you have any additional marketing ideas, please don’t hesitate to email us — we love to hear everybody’s input!
3) Signup Process
Once TogetherIV launches, joining will be easy. We’ll send the information through email; it will also be posted on flyers
throughout infusion centers, on our website, and on social media. Download the app on iOS or Android and, when your next
infusion comes up, log in and join the lobby. Everyone starts with a free day-pass, giving full access for one
treatment day — no pressure if you’re not ready to commit yet.
